Their glass-heavy meeting room created severe reflections that made voices sound harsh and muffled — especially during hybrid meetings with overseas clients.

The company wanted a professional, minimalistic acoustic solution that would improve clarity without compromising their corporate aesthetic.

Client’s Challenges

1. Poor Speech Intelligibility

The room suffered from:

• strong flutter echo
• long mid-frequency reverberation
• harsh reflections from glass, concrete, and drywall

This made meetings tiring and caused misunderstandings during presentations.

2. Hybrid Meetings With Poor Microphone Pick-Up

Our Acoustic Assessment

We performed an on-site RT60 measurement and found:
